Quadrennial Code of Ethics Training

Between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2016 every REALTOR® is required to complete 2 ½ hours of Code of Ethics training.

REALTORS® who have joined the association after January 1, 2013 have since completed the required New Member Code of Ethics training, have already fulfilled this training requirements. All other members must complete the training by December 31, 2016, in order to continue their membership with the Board.

Failure to complete the required periodic ethics training shall be considered a violation of a membership duty; for which, REALTOR® membership shall be suspended until such time as the required training has been completed.

If you would like to check your Quadrennial Ethics status, please click the “My Account” link at the top of this page. If you have forgotten your username or password, you may request that it be emailed to you from the login screen. This information is displayed on the Member Dashboard in your profile box on the right.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation! If you have any questions regarding this training or any other membership questions, you may contact Alicia Barrasor Mendalyn Harper.
