A Celebration of Excellence
The banquet will be held on Thursday, March 7th at the Forsyth Conference Center.

Annual Holiday Luncheon

This December event recognizes members who have dedicated their time and energy throughout the year for the betterment of the Association, as well as install the Officers and Directors for the upcoming year.

Bus Tours

Each year, in the Spring and Fall, a New Home Communities Bus Tour is offered to members to learn more about various builders and developments in the surrounding area.

Holiday Luncheon and Installation

Join us for the Annual Awards Presentation and the Installation of the 2019 Officers & Directors. We will be collecting toys and donations as well for non-profits around the Forsyth and Dawsonville areas.

Membership Luncheons

Please join us for our membership luncheons held quarterly at the Forsyth Conference Center at Lanier Tech. These luncheons provide you with the opportunity to hear a great speaker cover some of the most current topics that are affecting 400 North Association members.

The Young Professionals Network of the 400 North Association of REALTORS® plans numerous events throughout the year, including lunch-n-learns, educational seminars, and networking happy hours.
